1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Can I cancel my order or change my address?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order or update your shipping address, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to assist you. However, once the item has been processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel the order or modify the shipping address.


3. I ordered multiple items—why did I only receive one?

To speed up delivery, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages. You might receive one item earlier than the others.

4. Where’s my order / How do I track it?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping confirmation.

  • Returns must be in original packaging and the same condition as received.

  • Orders in transit cannot be cancelled, and refunds are processed after the return is inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.


6. How long does shipping usually take?

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks (10–20 business days) depending on location. Processing typically takes 48–72 hours, though we aim to ship orders within 24 hours.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.


7. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the U.S., U.K., and Australia.
For smooth delivery, we recommend entering a valid phone number during checkout, in case your local carrier needs to contact you.

8. What happens if I dispute a charge with my bank?

Our team is here to help with any order issue—please reach out before filing a chargeback. We resolve problems quickly and fairly.
