What Items Are Returnable?

We offer returns for our Vivea items within 30 days of delivery as part of our Money-Back Guarantee.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Orders that are in transit cannot be cancelled or modified.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vivea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

The customer must then contact the shipping provider to investigate.
